Hi, no need to ping individuals!

The information around the SDK is pretty important for downstream processes in Sentry. For example to display hints and alerts around the availability of features. I generally recommend not tinkering with it.

If you really want to override this, you should be able to set _metadata to an empty object ({}).

The negation of an empty object will be false, even though I set it to null or undefined, _metadata is overwritten during initialization. Therefore, it is not possible to fall into result upon a true comparison in ternary operator in line 46.

there it checks entire !tunnelOrOptions._metadata no _metadata.sdk, so if I put anything inside _metadata the condition will not be met, besides, _metadata.sdk is also overwritten if it is empty.

Anybody interested could just look in the browser devtools. This would be security by obscurity. If there is a valid case for this we can work on making this configurable.

From what I have been able to check, only the major version number is provided in other places.
