Is it possible to send Sentry traces to OpenTelemetry Backend?

I see there is support for sending OTel Spans to sentry, but is there a way to send sentry spans to an OTel collector I already have set up for all of my backend?

No, currently we do not support that (since we would have to dumb-down our data (edit: not a valid reason, simply not a priority)).
