Nothing is selected in Inspector summary tree on first load

This leaves an empty layout explorer and an empty widget details tree (no message here). We should either add a message to the widget details tree, or select the root of the widget summary tree by default

This issue has been addressed with the Inspector V2 redesign (PR #8166 and PR #8202). When no widget node is selected on initial load, DevTools displays a clear placeholder message ("Select a widget to view its layout and properties.") in the details pane rather than leaving an empty container. Closing as fixed.
