Scrolling up on narrow screen causes jumps when sidebar handle moves

Description

An a smartphone or the emulation of it, the sidebar is collapsed and its handle moves to the bottom or the top of the screen when scrolling the text in the main window. Sometimes it even moves off the screen. However, sometimes it jumps back towards the vertically centered position, taking the whole text with it, making it annoying to scroll.

Expected behavior

Best would be, if the handle stays vertically in the center.

Steps to reproduce

1. open e.g. www.das-inklusive-neutrum.de
2. on a desktop machine open the developer tools and start an smartphone emulation with a narrow screen so that the sidebar collapses
3. scroll down and then slowly scroll up and see the text twitch

The issue was caused by excessively long links in your content that weren't wrapped to the next line on mobile devices, causing the content to overflow. This has been fixed in #2786.

I tried it with the version found in the example

The issue remains. Scrolling up appears a bit better, but scrolling down actually worse.

Yes, I just figured. I downloaded the fixed stylesheet now and will use it until the fix is in the official release.
