Converting .gci to PC save

Hello,

I am attempting to convert a .gci save from Dolphin to PC. The save game when converting to PC seems like it corrupts or something. Once saved as PC the utility can't even open it. PC can't play the save. Attached is the before (.gci) and the after.

I was able to port a GameCube save to steam using a fork that I made. You can find the release here
