sendMessage and sendPhoto and such are completely implemented, except the parameter reply_markup api doc here
let them accept that with a default parameter
implement the dtos for InlineKeyboardMarkup, ReplyKeyboardMarkup, ReplyKeyboardRemove, ForceReply, give them a common baseclass
