Pager is not working properly on windows

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

Tried changing the pager in .myclirc to Windows more, Git less.exe, and pypager. The exact same error occurs regardless of the external pager used.

Attempted to manually delete the temporary file generated in AppData\Local\Temp while the error was on screen. Windows blocked the deletion, stating the file was currently opened by a Python script.

Hi! Interesting bug! Can you run this command to see which version of the click library you are using?

mycli --checkup

I know that click changed how it runs the pager a couple of times over recent versions.

Windows support for mycli is a work in progress. Parts of the test suite are passing in CI; other parts are skipped.

I suspect this PR #2052, which mentions breaking changes in click. Perhaps we should not use click for the paged output, but simply roll our own.
