[expr.prim.id.qual]/9 “member” from nowhere #9287

[expr.prim.id.qual]/9 says

The result is an lvalue if the member is
(9.1) a function other than a non-static member function,
(9.2) a non-static member function if Q is the operand of a unary & operator,
(9.3) a variable,
(9.4) a structured binding ([dcl.struct.bind]), or
(9.5) a data member,
and a prvalue otherwise.

What does the "member" refer to? Probably, see [expr.prim.id.qual]/6

The result of a qualified-id Q is the entity it denotes ([basic.lookup.qual]).

so it may be

The result is an lvalue if the mamber entity is ...
