The tenant list in the dashboard has no delete action, so an operator who created a tenant through the UI cannot remove it there. Raised in the community chat by someone who remembered the button existing earlier; a maintainer confirmed in the same thread that the bug is known but was apparently never filed.
The path that does work is not discoverable: open the tenant's edit form from the list, cancel it, land on the tenant detail page, and the delete button is there.
Either the list row gets its own delete action, or the detail page gets a direct route. Reaching a delete button by cancelling an edit form is not something anyone finds without being told.
