Systemd files to run fetchit should be updated to quadlet files

Apparently the "podman generate systemd" command was deprecated per podman-container-tools/podman#19414 so fetchit should probably be updated to use quadlet files now.

I am hesitating between fetchit and quadlit for my homelab (because I want gitops and quadlet files). What happend to the MR you linked ? You closed it and delete the branch after doing all the work needed. I don't know go so I can't really juge the code. Was the feature cancelled or where you not satisfied with the code ?
