Subject: [PATCH] ci: skip the UniFi and ZimaOS checks when their VM scripts
 are gone

Both scripts moved to ProxmoxVE, so every run of the Bash Syntax Check
now fails on awk not finding vm/unifi-os-server-vm.sh, and would fail
the same way on vm/zimaos-vm.sh next. Guard them with hashFiles like
the Fedora step already is.
