Coder Connect fails on workspace start; wgengine watchdog triggers

Returned to my Windows desktop and checked Coder Desktop tray app; Coder Connect was running, showing me all my stopped workspaces.

I started a workspace from the web and waited for it to come up.

It shows Coder Connect running, but no workspaces.

In the log, it shows a wgengine watchdog failed:

Restarting Coder Connect and the Coder Desktop windows service did not correct the issue.

Only completely exiting Coder Desktop, then restarting the service helped.
