Add native Codex hook support

ABCoder is fantastic at analyzing codebases and applying structured changes. However, it has only a Claude Code based workflow driven by hooks. As Codex now also supports hooks, is it possible to add native support for Codex?

A Codex hook adapter will probably need a small compatibility layer rather than a direct Claude-hook clone.

Checklist I would start with:

• read/write the Codex hook config location the user already has (~/.codex/hooks.json if present, otherwise the config path Codex supports)
• document that new/changed hooks need Codex trust approval before firing
• normalize stdin JSON into ABCoder's existing hook event shape
• return deny output using Codex's expected stdout schema and exit code
• set a short timeout and a clear failure policy
• include cwd, session/conversation id, and command text in the adapter event

That keeps the ABCoder policy engine mostly shared while isolating Codex's hook plumbing.
