How can I make the popup show like a normal popup? I mean, remove that useless shadow and make border radius show right

You're totally wrong, builder property is not for customize dialog, according to README.md: builder is used to build a custom widget for default flat button instead of popup dialog.

We need to be able to customize showCountryCodePickerDialog or showCountryCodePickerBottomSheet
