fix: keep Zensical's native blog plugin off; the site builds its own blog (#15)

Zensical 0.0.64 added a native port of the Material blog plugin. The
[project.plugins.blog] section here had been inert until then, so from
0.0.64 on the plugin took over blog/: it generated its own post URLs
({date}/{slug}) and category pages, and the hand-written listings
pointed at pages that no longer existed. build_site.py failed its
internal link check, and the Docs workflow has not deployed since
2026-10-07 (zensical 0.0.62 -> 0.0.67).
