Please add Pin functionality to the comment

In one of the recent updates in Jira was added functionality to pin comment in the Jira Issues, but only in the UI.
Please add such functionality to the lib, maybe param in the function which create new comment to be able pin it when comment creates.
Currently I had to write my own request which pin some comments in the Jira.
I guess that this functionality in the Jira lib will be really useful and helpful for all lib users

What exactly this fix for? In the folder I see that it contains x86_64-w64-ranlib.exe . What it .exe file will do, and unfortunately I have only Mac OS pc, so I need to understand what this file will do.
