Add build for `arm` architecture

Now there are builds for amd64 only and it does not work on MacBook M1 and M2.

It will be planned when I have time , similar as image alpine/git

But I am busy recently.

If you can't wait, build the image by yourself on your M1 laptop.

Or take reference from repo https://github.com/alpine-docker/git and raise the PR
