Transparency Enhancements

[al-develop]

• add direct editing of tranparency values (not just a slider, but also a textbox:

  allow only values between 30% and 100%
  edit the slider accordingly

• add editing of trancparency by using ctrl + mouse wheel, when the mouse hovers over the "trancparency" area.
