feat(cli): add Kilo Code support

Problem to solve

AIDD provides a native flat distribution for OpenCode, but not for Kilo Code. Kilo uses its own .kilo/ project directory and kilo.json configuration, so the OpenCode archive is not discovered as a native Kilo setup.

Proposed solution

Add Kilo as a supported AI tool and flat framework-build target. Generate native .kilo/agents, .kilo/skills, and kilo.json output, register Kilo-compatible plugin catalogs, include the target in release CI, and document installation.
