Restore one authoritative standard Tibia 8.60 contract across the loaded spell registry, NPC trainers, learning checks, payment, and learned-spell persistence for all four vocations.
This is the spell-learning umbrella. Audit and repair one vocation at a time through focused child issues. #89 completed the first Knight slice in #95. Spell formulas and general combat accuracy remain under #1; repository-wide NPC framework work remains under #50.
Evidence and boundaries
Use contemporaneous evidence, preferring archived CipSoft spell pages from before the December 8, 2010 Winter Update. Record sources for disputed names, words, levels, mana, soul, premium status, prices, vocation and promotion requirements, trainer NPCs, towns, and whether learning was required.
Preserve standard Tibia 8.60 availability instead of making every spell trainable in every city.
Remove or explicitly classify post-8.60 and custom offers; do not implement missing later spells merely because an imported trainer sells them.
Keep trainer location meaningful. Intercity access belongs to navigation and progression work, not this issue.
Do not add playerbot trainer selection or spell-use policy here.
Shared contract
Add a sourced fixture for the retained 8.60 spell-learning contract across Sorcerer, Druid, Paladin, and Knight.
Reconcile registered spell identity and eligibility with trainer offers.
Restore pre-training cast rejection where the historical spell required learning.
Preserve normal NPC dialogue, eligibility checks, payment, duplicate rejection, and learned-spell persistence.
Make base and promoted vocation behavior explicit.
Remove or classify unregistered, post-8.60, custom, and unreachable imported spell shops.
Add a reproducible consistency check for registered spells, exact trainer offer names, and vocation eligibility.
