In the Remove Existing A+1 Source Files section of the tutorial, step 5: In the same window, change the sources to simulation and delete only the Vadd_A_B_wizard_0_tb.sv file. There is no file named "..._wizzard_0_tb.sv" so you naturally go to whatever tb file is there - which is Vadd_A_B_tb.sv and remove that but things break down after that.
