Subject: [PATCH] Upgrade OWL API to patched 5.1.1 (fix for #1080)

Replace net.sourceforge.owlapi:owlapi-distribution:5.1.1 with
com.github.Artemis-IA.owlapi:owlapi-distribution (built from a fork
of owlapi 5.1.1 that includes the fix for owlcs/owlapi#1080).

Bug #1080: when an ontology declares owl:imports and has a
self-referencing annotation (e.g. rdfs:isDefinedBy → ontology IRI),
OWL API incorrectly assigns an imported ontology's IRI as the main
ontology IRI. This causes WebVOWL to display the wrong ontology IRI.

The fix (originally by vChavezB, commit b1768cdf) is already on the
version5 branch of owlcs/owlapi but has not been released to Maven
Central. This PR uses JitPack to build the patched version until an
official release is available.
