[Bug]: Chapter selection isn't working on web client

What happened?

Chapter select isn't working properly on the web client: nothing happens when a chapter is selected.
Tested with Chromium and Firefox.
Works fine on android client.

Steps to reproduce

Open a video with chapters on youtube.
Select a chapter.
