[Bug]: Some videos are missing from channel pages

@VitoItalianGamer also reported in #10 that some channel pages do not show every available video.

Steps:

1. Open a channel with many videos.
2. Open the Videos section.
3. Scroll to the bottom.

Expected behavior: Android should continue loading pages until the Server reports that there is nothing left.
