范围（4 条并行 lane）：
- Lane A 后端结构：edge-server/adapters 分包、hub-server/service 归组
- Lane B 前端结构：workbench 独立包（先破循环依赖）、巨型测试拆分
- Lane C 文档治理：docs/archives 外迁删除、reference 入口收敛
- Lane D 前端测试补债：shared/workbench store/hook/util 单元测试
不做：合并 hub/edge 服务、拆 openapi.yaml、拆 AGENTS.md、为比例硬补 Go 测试、删 demo（在用）。
依据：本仓 LOC 分布（app 192K，其中 shared 112K / workbench 54K；edge-server 96K；hub-server 99K）与依赖实测（workbench↔shared 双向耦合 72 处反向 import；docs/archives 全部标注 pending external archive 且 history.md 明令外迁）。
