Disc item editor suddenly losing or misattributing items

Describe the bug
Loving the new visual changes to the website, but unfortunately it seems that now the disc identification page isn't properly saving the data submitted to it.

To Reproduce

1. Add a disc to a release
2. Identify its items
3. "Done identifying"
4. Click on the disc again

Expected behavior
All identified items on the disc to be retained and in the correct order

It seems like this might be purely a client display error, because the server is still returning the data I submitted (data.discLogs.discLogs.disc.items):
