Error callback should be fired when triggering error in dev tools

Title says it. When testing the full lifecycle of a query it would be extremely helpful to be able to trigger the callbacks from the devTools, not just update the state. For things like checking notification popups, proper configs, etc this would allow us to see what actually happening when an error is triggered
