My navigation bar is not hide completely

There is a blue bar on the top of the page which is still displayed when I select Rename (Index) and Hide ON in your plugin setting.

It needs a new hook in function.php and some plugin changes to fix this issue ...

The submitted plugin changes doesn't work without the new pre_parse_page hook
