Misc UI improvements

• If an admin is signed in, provide an edit button on a vuln page that brings them to the review page for the corresponding CVE ID
• On the vuln source tab, make each source visually distinct (dividing lines, outline, box, etc.....)
• On the vuln source tab, make each source collapsible
• Each source should be collapsed by default, still displaying link, filter status, and source type
• Expanding it should show everything including description and dates
