Plugfest fixes and QOL changes

Overview

There are a few issues that were pointed out with plugfest when tested with real users that should be fixed/implemented.

Acceptance Criteria

• Instructions on how to use the features of the app if I have questions? Help options look like boilerplate Electron stuff.
• More descriptive label for the app besides "App"
• Possible Comparison bug (They wrote: - I compared four SBOMs with the target. If I incrementally selected the SBOMs until I had four, it displayed results. If I select all, no results.)
