… shell Closes the open issues that had no implementation: #64, #41, #19, #22 and #81. Each half follows v1 rather than reinventing a lighter version. Image packs are the largest part. v1 writes the stable `m.room.image_pack` and `m.image_pack.rooms` and reads the `im.ponies.*` names as fallbacks; we only ever spoke the unstable pair, so packs written here were invisible to a client that had migrated. Both are now read, stable winning per state key, and only stable is written. `PackImageView` carries the `info` the pack declares -- MSC2545 exists partly so that sending an image never requires downloading it first, and `SendSticker` was building an empty `ImageInfo`, so every sticker made the receiver fetch the file to lay the row out. The wire keys are `w`/`h`, hence the separate deserialise struct. `all_image_packs` serves every joined room's packs out of the state store with the `/state` fallback disabled: the per-room command may reach the network, and the global picker walks every joined room at once. The frontend follows v1's decomposition -- one `ImagePackEditor` reused by the personal pack and by room packs, `PackAddress {roomId, stateKey}` as the identity, staged changes behind Apply/Reset, and `suffixRename` so an upload that collides with an existing shortcode is suffixed rather than silently replacing it. The desktop shell ports v1's guards, which matter more than the feature. libappindicator panics rather than erroring when it is missing, so it is probed with libloading first; the AppImage bundles it, so the probe alone passes on a desktop with no StatusNotifierWatcher, where the icon is created and never rendered -- which is exactly what would strand a window hidden to a tray nobody can see. Close-to-tray is therefore gated on the tray having been created, macOS gets no tray at all, and Linux gets no icon events, so its menu is the whole interaction. Hiding raises no blur event, so `window-hidden-to-tray` tells the webview before it treats what arrives as read. The custom title bar is a preference defaulting to Windows only, as in v1: `set_decorations` on Windows and Linux, `TitleBarStyle::Overlay` on macOS with a strip padded for the traffic lights. `--titlebar-height` folds into `--safe-top`, so every surface that already cleared a system bar clears this too. Undecorated GTK windows have no resize border, so the desktop variant paints its own edge handles onto `startResizeDragging`. Shortcut bindings are overridable per device, held outside the preference document because a keyboard is not an account-level setting. `registerGlobalShortcuts` reads the effective set inside the keydown handler, not in the effect, so a rebind needs no re-registration. Previous and next room follow the sidebar's own visible order, published from `RoomNav`, rather than a second sort that would drift from what is on screen. Accessibility moves reduce-motion and underline-links out of Appearance and adds text size, increased contrast and always-show-alt-text. The scale is a factor on the root font size, so everything measured in rem follows. `SettingsRow` gains a `before` slot: the settings surface uses the primitive in ten files, `icon` only takes a Component, and a pack row leads with a thumbnail.
