Status menu and account switcher unusable on Android tablet view

Describe the bug

The sub-menus under the profile menu (status / account switcher) just close immediately when they are tapped instead of executing their action, making their buttons unusable. Screen capture attached.

Reproduction

1. Open profile menu on Android in tablet mode
2. Attempt to switch user or change status
3. Buttons in sub-menu do not work and menu disappears when clicked.

Expected behavior

The status is changed / I can add a second account or switch accounts.

1. OS: Android 16 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9
2. Browser: Using android app, installed from Obtainium / GitHub Release
3. Sable version: 1.21.0
4. Matrix homeserver: any HS
