Shell Now currently uses Cloudflare Quick Tunnels, which is great for temporary terminal sharing.
For longer-lived setups, it could also be useful to have an option to expose Shell Now through a named Cloudflare Tunnel with a stable hostname and zero trust Cloudflare Access.
I maintain cfzt, a CLI that automates the Cloudflare Tunnel + DNS + Access setup:

Would this be useful as an optional integration?
