Feature Request: offer a Bill of Materials (BOM) for cf-java-loggoing-support

Hi colleagues,
for the SAP branded Spring Boot Starter (OS3 fka Phosphor) starter, we would like to swithc from managing a lot of cf-java-logging-dependencies to a BOM-import that does this version management.
This might as well be interesting for projects consuming cf--java.logging-support with multiple modules involved.
We see this best practice as well in many other OSS projects.
Yet still it is unclear, if the OTEL agent module should also be managed by such a BOM as some OSS projects do not do that for specific reasons.

Thank you for creating this issue. I agree, that this is a good addition to the library. There is one open question: Should the BOM include the dependency versions required by the library, in particular SLF4J, logback and log4j2? What about Jackson?

@aamotharald your PR only provides versions for the library components themselves. What is your take on the dependencies?
