Describe the bug
When I enable the BlockOutline module and disable the fill, the fill keeps rendering anyway. It only stops rendering if I manually lower the opacity

To Reproduce
Just disable the fill

Other mods

Expected behavior
The moment "fill" is disabled, it should stop rendering the inner fill.
