The navbar in the react pages for grading/assignment uses buttons for things like "Home" and "Back to book" that should semantically be links
Links go places. Buttons do things.
This is an accessibility issue. It is also a convivence issue for anyone using a mouse - there is no way to Ctrl-click or use the drop down menu to open in a new tab.
