Add the PyBioNetGen card banner to the top of the README, left-aligned and referenced via an absolute raw URL so it renders on both GitHub and PyPI (the README is published as the PyPI long_description). Also add a high-resolution rattlesnake logo as a branding asset for future use; it is not referenced in the README. - docs/source/assets/pybionetgen-readme-card.png (shown at top of README) - docs/source/assets/rattlesnake_logo.png (branding asset)

Summary
README/assets only — no code or packaging changes.
README.md(left-aligned,width="480"), referenced with a repo-relative path so it renders onGitHub on this branch, in the diff, and after merge.
docs/source/assets/pybionetgen-readme-card.png— the banner shownin the README.
docs/source/assets/rattlesnake_logo.png— a high-resolutionrattlesnake logo kept as a branding asset for future use (intentionally
not referenced anywhere yet).
Note: the banner uses a relative path so it renders here and post-merge. If
a banner on the PyPI project page is wanted later, the image reference can
be switched to an absolute
raw.githubusercontent.com/.../main/...URLafter merge (PyPI requires absolute image URLs).
