fix: add metadataBase and refresh og card (v0.6.2)

- app/layout.tsx: metadataBase was missing, og/twitter images fell back
  to localhost:3000 in production, breaking link previews when shared
- opengraph-image.tsx: add a 4th "applications mobiles" tile (expo &
  react native) alongside sites vitrines/saas/seo local, resize tiles
  to fit four cleanly, update tagline; brighten the near-invisible
  randy-code.dev footer text
