chore: v1.0.0 — final repository cleanup and redesign closure
- rewrite README.md and both CHANGELOGs in English; consolidate ~44 root
changelog releases into 25 coherent milestones, close the 0.x era with a
new v1.0.0 entry (dates preserved, no version numbers invented)
- fix remaining "freelance" positioning in metadata/JSON-LD/manifest,
align on "développeur fullstack TypeScript"
- rewrite docs/infralens/README.md as developer/maintainer docs, update
CONTRIBUTING.md for the monorepo, apply GitHub repo description/topics
- delete completed planning docs (master/branding/vision/roadmap plans,
InfraLens migration docs, docs/audits/ snapshots) and unused brand
asset orphans; strip dangling references to those plans from InfraLens's
engine comments; add CHANGELOG policy to CLAUDE.md
- fix a pre-existing accessibility contrast regression on InfraLens's
