docs: log tonight's device QA results and the landscape safe-area fix

- fill in TESTING.md's per-probe checklist with what was actually verified on the physical Android build (Device, Display/rotation, Network, Magnetometer, Biometrics), leaving the rest open
- add the safe-area fix to the changelog's Fixed list and bump its date to match
