Getting issues while installing quick and nimble versions for macos platforms

Version of quick and nimble tried to install now
Nimble at "v13.7.1"
Quick at "v7.6.2"

for macOS in xcode 26.2 does any other version of quick and nimble need to be used?
After installing carthage packages
in xcode, we see this error

While building for macOS, no library for this platform was found in '/Users/runner/work/Auth0.swift/Auth0.swift/Carthage/Build/Quick.xcframework'. at Quick.xcframework:0

Apologies for the delay.

Nimble no longer supports Carthage. It was broken in Nimble 13.1.0 when #1108 was merged, and I didn't even notice for a while. My apologies for not updating the badge in the README.
