HP83712B GPIB uses SCPI format from other generator type

I have to rebuild the pxi server in order to fix, but the pxi server seems to be upset about

1. not having the some dependency for the PI positioners. I have removed this on my version.

2. the dds project dependency not being compatible with labview 14 (instead of 13), even though I am able to compile the dds server separately. I am able to start the server and run it after clearing the warnings.
