Migrate from XHTML to HTML5 #386

@NicolasSandoval

Description

@NicolasSandoval

Description:

XHTML is specially designed for desktop applications and HTML5 for all devices.

This is a first step in allowing cdpedia to visually adapt to all devices (responsive). This change is related to #385.

Html5 supports the XHTML format / syntax, but not the other way around. This approach gives us a more pleasant transition.
