Validator Visibility: Display configurations in UI

Currently, specific validator configurations are not visible when users create custom settings, such as for topic relevance or ban lists. This lack of visibility can hinder users' understanding of their configurations.

• Show relevant validator configurations in the UI
• Ensure users can view what has been created

Original issue

Describe the current behavior
Current particular validator relevant configs are not visible, whenever we allow them to create custom config as per validor e.g for topic relevance config, ban list

Users should have visibility on what was created

PFA SS, so whenever new config gets created, later on its not visible what was config in that. e.g you can see gender detection was created, but no way to check the details.
