Add character sprites

It would be great to add sprites for characters such as the main heroes and famous trainers.

Hi, that would require to create a character endpoint along with a series of other endpoints.

It's a personal goal of mine to sprite every character, so I have everything, ranging from spinoffs to alternate outfits/variations
