Action icons reset to the default unwantedly

When adding to my deck the icon shows up initially. After some time it defaults back to the default plugin icon.

I can confirm that I get that issue too. But in my case it doesn't revert to default icon after some time.
I can repeat it by doing:

1. I add "Launch App" plugin to the grid.
2. I select the app and the apps icon appears.
3. I add new "Launch App" plugin to the grid and first icon reverts to default. Same thing happens when I add anything to the grid.

I use stream deck xl.

Edit: I noticed the workaround is to right click in Opendeck app and click reload. Also, I am not 100% sure but it seems that issue is gone after I added more profiles (previously I had 2 profiles: default one and one custom).

I believe this is most likely an OpenDeck bug and not a bug within this plugin.
