The API diagnostic doesn't work. When I press 'Get Info' a couple of seconds pass where the tool apparently works, but when done there is no result (see image).
- As you can see in the file window, the 'Logs' folder has been created, but the file 'log.txt' has no content.
- User and password I know are correct. As far as I understand, the URL is also correct.
- Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Or is there something wrong with the program?
