Restore group membership when undeleted?

I've noticed that when a user is undeleted, they're not re-added to any groups they used to be in.

Is it possible to fully restore their account including group memberships, or is this data completely lost when they were deleted?

Probably not possible without adding more code that tracks which groups they were a member of.
