Problem
When I am in the Discover TIcket screen and I want to make sure I have the correct ticket selected I sometimes need to have a quick look at the Ticket summary to make sure. For that I need to leave the tool, search for the ticket somewhere else and come back.
Solution
There should be a new button added that is called "Details". When i click on that another popup window opens that shows the ID, Title and Description of the Ticket. It should also contain a link to open the ticket in its original tool.
This window should also provide access to the "add" button that works similar to the "add" button in the Discover Tickets dialog, but also a close button, that brings me back to the Discover Tickets screen.
