cli does not recognize physical iOS devices (since cli 9.1.0)

Issue Description

After upgrading nativescript cli to 9.1.0, it does not recognize physical iOS devices connected via USB.
ns devices returns "Cannot find connected devices. Reconnect any connected devices, verify that your system recognizes them, and run this command again."
Xcode finds the device as expected. When downgrading the cli back to 9.0.7, ns devices lists the device as expected.

Reproduction

• run npm install -g nativescript@latest
• connect iOS device via USB
• ns devices -> "no devies"

@felixkrautschuk if you check Activity Monitor, can you confirm all node processes are closed? Then try the same command. ns devices is confirmed working here. Once all node processes are confirmed closed, disconnect and reconnect device - please let me know results.

@NathanWalker thanks for your reply. Yes all node processes are closed and I also restarted the macbook and disconnected & reconnected the device but that does not help.
